After Found season 1 was met with tremendous success during the strike-beleaguered 2023-2024 television season, the missing persons procedural with a twist was quickly granted a second season pickup so it can appear in the NBC 2024 fall TV lineup.

Shanola Hampton plays Gabi, the head of a crisis management team that specializes in finding missing persons who would otherwise fly under the radar. In the season 1 pilot, we learn that Gabi was once a kidnapping victim herself, but there's a twist: she has been holding her captor, Mark-Paul Gosselaar's Sir, prisoner in her basement. Season 2 picks up after Sir's escape and Gabi's race to find him before everything unravels before her eyes.

Here's everything we know about Found season 2.

Gabi, however, has a chilling secret: In the midst of grief, she imprisoned her childhood kidnapper, Sir (Mark-Paul Gosselaar). Now Sir has escaped and is on the loose, and her biggest secret is now her biggest threat."
